For the past 20 years Vibrac has supplied the packaging industry worldwide with systems for accurately measuring the removal torque of bottle caps. This association with cap manufacturers, packaging engineers and bottle suppliers has identified the need for a device that could be passed through a capper and accurately measure the torque during the capping process.

The new Vibrac Torqo Data Bottle performs this task with the same degree of accuracy and durability that is synonymous with the entire line of Torqo products.

The Data Bottle uses the same-patented digital measuring technology as the Vibrac Torqo and a battery powered transmitter to communicate with the Data Management Software.

Software Description

The Data Management Software is a National Instrument Lab view application designed to operate in a Windows XP® environment. User-friendly menus enable the user to rapidly become familiar with the operation of the system.

Software Features

• Both English and Metric units of measurement are selectable with the click of the mouse.
• Drop down menus provide for the rapid recall and saving of test results.
• Graphing tools are provided for customizing graphs.
• Zooming tools are provided for making on screen measurements.
• Graphs can be overlaid for determining consistency and repeatability of the product.
• Data can be easily exported to Excel® and other commercially available programs.
