Motor Test SystemThe STT 3050 is a computer controlled bench top system for measuring both the static and dynamic performance of a stepper motor.
Holding, Pullout, Pullin and Detent Torque can all be measured at the push of a button.
Test results can be displayed numerically and graphically on the computer screen and outputed to a printer or plotter.
Torques from 1 Oz-in to 100 In-lbs can be accommodated with different test heads.

The SAT 3055 is a computer controlled bench-top system for measuring the step angle accuracy of stepper motors.
Step to step, absolute and accumulated accuracy can be measured at the push of a single button.
User-friendly menus enable the user to tailor the test for a specific application.
Measuring accuracies of .1, .01 and .001 degrees are available.

The Model DCT 3080 is a computer controlled bench top system for measuring the performance characteristics of DC motors.
Torque, speed, voltage, current, power in, power out and efficiency can all be measured or computed by this system.
A graphic presentation of torque vs speed is displayed on the screen in real time. Any 2610 DS series test head can be used with this system.

For more than three decades customers have been using Vibrac systems for quality and performance testing of all types of stepper and DC motors. Torque, speed, voltage, current, angle, power in, power out, efficiency and detent torque can all be measured with Vibrac's state-of-the-art computer controlled motor test systems.
